ESIC approves Amnesty Scheme 2025

The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has come out with an Amnesty Scheme 2025 which has been approved in its 196th ESI Corporation Meeting held in Shimla , Himachal Pradesh , being effective from 1st October 2025 to 30th September 2026, thereby providing a structured mechanism for employers to settle legal disputes with ESIC outside the courts. As of March 2025, around 27,000 cases were pending in various courts.
