JV is in the business of dealership in automobile and allied sales and services, also into real estate and construction activities and chain of computer training institutes since TWENTY YEARS; The KV & PV is engaged in the business of providing HR and labour laws consultancy services relating to statutory compliance management for its clients and has considerable knowledge and experience in providing such services since THREE DECADES; JV and KV & PV have come together to envisage the prospects of business in Training and to establish and run in any part of India and Abroad training Institute were general, scientific, commercial, engineering, computer or any other type of education and training be imparted to the students orally or through post and through the establishment of institutes, centres, satellite centre, offices, franchisees arrangement, E-learning, Education through internet, Impart learning directly or as a franchisor or through a franchisee or through royalty, Entering into foreign collaboration and impart training in any field and other means as may be required from time to time on such terms and conditions as may be laid down by the company from time to time.

1.2 VKATS Today

VKATS is a Franchisee and a Business Partner of Kuoni Academy. VKATS in support with Kuoni provides high quality training services to aspiring students, candidates from relevant fields. VKATS in association with Kuoni Academy imparts teaching in three broad spectrum i.e. Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. We are in process of becoming ISO 9001 certified for quality norms. Kuoni Academy (KAT) is an endeavour of Kuoni Travel (India) Pvt. Ltd. In a short span of less than two years, KAT attained a commendable position among the fraternity of travel and tourism aspirants, as also existing travel & tourism professionals. KAT prides itself of a national presence and has centers in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. More than 3000 Travel aspirants have been trained by the Academy since its launch in 2003. Their Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad centers are also Authorised Training Centres (ATC) for IATA-UFTAA (International Air Transport Association & United Federation of Travel Agents' Associations).
