OUR LINE OF WORK
Labour Laws Compliance

  • Prepare a customized checklist of the various obligations to be complied under various labour laws applicable to Trent Stores and its vendors.
  • Audit the client and its vendors as per the checklist and report on the ONE TIME basis on the track/performance under each and every Act under labour laws applicable to respective site.
  • Attend any other query/consultation related under Employees Provident Fund and M.P.Act , ESI and all other various labour laws mentioned above.
  • Any other queries pertaining to labour laws.
  • Taking care of various central laws applicable like PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus , etc. for which the compliance is important in addition to the state laws as applicable.
  • Monthly / Quarterly compliance would be followed through separately and not part of this project
SCOPE OF WORK
  • Our personnel would be visiting and coordinating the client's office/ sites.
  • He would be coordinating with various SPOCs for the compliance adhered as per above line of work and the checklist as provided.
  • He would be SPOC (Single Point of Contact) to assistance you and to ensure smooth flow of operations.
  • He would be submitting report to you summarizing the labour law compliance done.
  • Any other scope of work that would be discussed mutually in line of work to be complied with.
