Process of work

• At the end of every month, personnel of your organisation would provide us their muster details and the revised rates of the salaries of the employees working at your premises under KARMA Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
• We would process the payroll along with statutory deductions.
• Based on the agreement, you would be issuing us three cheques -
• A sum equivalent to net wages payable to the employees
• Statutory dues
• Service charges
• Our personnel would disburse the salaries with the payslips on the date mutually fixed.
• The statutory contributions such as Employees Provident Fund, ESI, PT, etc would be borne by you. We would pay the challans before the due-date and submit the details to you.
• We would maintain statutory registers, filing of periodical returns, liaison work with government departments, etc.
