Determination of requirements related to the service
KMCPL determines customer requirements including:

  • Requirements specified by the customer and other incidental activities to be undertaken for delivery of the particular service.
  • Requirements which are not stated by the customer but still necessary for satisfying the customer, regulatory bodies, statutory auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Obligations related to the core business/ service to be provided
  • Other activities, in-process monitoring, expediting, etc to be carried out during service provision as spelt out in the planners and trackers, e-module as a part of internal quality assurance.

KMCPL, while introducing a new service, ensures that all requirements of customers, regulators, and other interested parties are understood and incorporated before the new service is offered to clients.

KMCPL reviews the requirements related to the service/(s) and this is a part of the contract review activity, before commencement of any recruitment for clients or the provision of other services related to legal compliances. Also any approvals if required and clarifications if needed are taken from the customer before submission of the terms in order to avoid a conflict at a later stage. KMCPL ensures that:

Service/ personnel requirements are well defined and where the customer provides no documented statement of requirement, the customer requirements are confirmed before acceptance and proceeding further for the hiring and placement or service delivery.

Contract or order requirements differing from those in the initial stages or quotation are resolved through correspondence or personal meeting with the customer.

Prior to final acceptance of a Letter Of Intent or Work Order, KMCPL ensures that we have the capability to meet the defined requirements of the service and personnel.

Further, the company, from time to time, reviews various requirements related to the service, and makes the necessary changes in its processes and functioning. Accuracy (of information filed on behalf of clients) and timeliness and meeting the requirements of law and regulation are the key requirements of KMCPL’s main services, which are reviewed from time to time. Any other factor which is crucial to the success of the business is incorporated as and when it arises.

An instance of such review and corresponding actions taken is the act of ensuring safety and confidentiality of customer data and information, which is a key determinant of the company’s reputation and business success. The company has introduced the system of remote administration to keep track of how a particular computer is being used by an employee.

The e-module launched for the benefit of the clients is also a result of such reviews.
